I must say I spend a lot of time with thoughts. Sometimes I am thinking - following a logical, progressive, linear track where I am hunting down ideas and conclusions that add to my understanding - or not. Then there are the quiet drifting times - often on the yoga mat - where a thought enters my awareness and I just allow it to seemingly follow it's own unfolding with no imposed agenda.
What follows in this section of my website is both. Sometimes I will decide to share some instructional information and other times you will get what I fondly think of as the musings of my higher self. I hope what is written here supports you on your journey and inspires you to dance with your own evolving thoughts.
